Customization

If you're looking for additional customization (engraving, stamping, custom thread colors), or have a custom product you'd like a quote on, please reach out!

Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received within the following categories:

• Ready to ship items (noted on the product page) will ship within 1-2 business days of order placement.
• All other items are made to order and may take up to 5 business days to ship, unless otherwise noted. 

Shipping

At this time, we only ship to customers in the US. 

Returns & Exchanges

Sales of all made to order and/or custom items are final. However, should there be any issue with the item you receive, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We will refund or replace any item that fails / malfunctions, upon return receipt and product inspection.

Additional Information

Real leather and wood items vary piece to piece by nature. No two leather hides or cuts of wood are the same, adding to the beauty and uniqueness of our products. Some small, natural markings that do not affect the durability of the item, may be present. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Leather: grain variation, minor bug bites, scratches or scars 
• Wood: grain variation, small knots or holes, pitting 
• Most wood items we offer are 1/1 and the item pictured is the item you will receive. This will be noted in the product listing.
